1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the website unk9vvn.com and using its services, courses, Learning Management System (LMS), and online laboratories, the user (student) acknowledges that they have fully read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these Terms of Use without any coercion or ambiguity. Acceptance of these terms constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user and Oxin Imen Nikrad Co.

2. Prerequisites and Full Awareness

The student confirms that they meet all requirements and prerequisites stated on the course description page and that, prior to registration, they have carefully reviewed the course syllabus, objectives, difficulty level, and reference materials.

After registration, the student shall have no right to object to, claim against, or request modifications to the course syllabus, educational content, or structure.

3. Educational Purpose and Usage Limitations

All training materials, content, challenges, and laboratories are provided solely for scientific, educational, and research purposes.

The student agrees not to use the acquired knowledge for any illegal, criminal, harmful, or unlawful activities in violation of the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran or applicable international laws.

Any misuse of the course content is solely the responsibility of the student. Oxin Imen Nikrad Co. shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from improper or unlawful use of the provided materials.

4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All educational materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, texts, challenges, cheat sheets, course structure, laboratories, and practical scenarios, are the exclusive intellectual property of Oxin Imen Nikrad Co. and are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

The student agrees not to record, reproduce, distribute, resell, transfer, or share any content with third parties, whether publicly or privately. Any violation may result in legal action and claims for damages by the company.

5. Course Standards and Certificate of Completion

The course is designed in accordance with internationally recognized cybersecurity standards. Upon successful completion and fulfillment of all requirements, a certificate of completion will be issued.

The minimum passing score for course assessments is 70 out of 100, and all practical challenges must be completed before the official end of the course. Failure to meet these requirements does not entitle the student to receive a certificate.

6. Intended Audience

The course is intended for cybersecurity professionals, computer science students (particularly those specializing in secure computing), and serious learners interested in the cybersecurity field.

The responsibility for determining whether the course level matches the student’s knowledge and skills rests solely with the student.

7. Access to Platforms (LMS and Online Laboratories)

  • Access to the LMS is only available through Safe Exam Browser (SEB).

  • SEB is supported exclusively on Windows, macOS, and iOS operating systems.

  • Access to online laboratories is browser-independent and available via any standard web browser.

  • Any attempt to bypass technical restrictions, perform reverse engineering, or manipulate systems is considered a violation and may result in suspension of access and legal action.

8. Age Requirement and Identity Verification

The minimum age required to participate in the courses is 13 years.

8.1 Identity Verification Methods

Based on company policies, course type, access level, legal obligations, or security considerations, identity verification may be conducted using one or more of the following methods:

  • A valid mobile phone number registered in the student’s name

  • A national ID card or other valid identification documents

  • A landline telephone number of the student’s place of residence

Oxin Imen Nikrad Co. reserves the right to perform identity verification using a single method, multiple methods, or all listed methods, or to waive the collection of certain information at its sole discretion.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

The student guarantees that all identity information provided is accurate, complete, and belongs to them personally. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of registration, revocation of access to services, and potential legal action.

9. Fees, Payment, and Withdrawal

Course fees may be paid either in full or in installments at the time of registration. Final enrollment is completed only after full acceptance of these Terms of Use.

In the event of withdrawal after the course has commenced, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the payment method.

10. Content Delivery

Course content is delivered through pre-recorded videos and live online sessions and is accessible exclusively via unk9vvn.com. Downloading or offline access to content is not permitted.

Cheat sheets are provided within the LMS and dedicated laboratory environment with lifetime access, subject to continued compliance with these Terms of Use.

11. Security, Violations, and Legal Responsibility

Any hostile activity, service disruption attempt, unauthorized access, system interference, or misuse of website infrastructure shall be considered a violation and may lead to legal prosecution.

If a security vulnerability is discovered in the systems of unk9vvn.com, users may submit a report through the “Contact Us” section. Upon validation, an appropriate reward may be granted in accordance with the Responsible Disclosure Policy.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 Compliance with Iranian E-Commerce Law
